Before your chosen start date you’ll be provided with a welcome pack which includes details for you to tell me as much as possible about your brand, your vision, your clients and your goals as you’re able.

Yes I absolutely offer payment plans! Payments are broken down into three parts by default:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and to secure the project start date in my calendar.
A further 25% is due by the start date.
The remaining 50% is due on the agreed project end date or on completion of the project, whichever comes first.
If needed I am able to split the final payment into separate instalments so long as the full amount is paid at the agreed end date or project completion (whichever comes first) - just let me know if you’d like to arrange a custom payment plan.

No - all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your place in my schedule, this allows me to dedicate focused time to your project. I book several months in advance and have a limited number of time slots available. Project start dates are flexible but I aim to keep start dates to the 1st and 3rd week of each month.

Squarespace is my speciality - I believe this to be the most straightforward and manageable for you to update after I hand over your site, whilst also having the ability to build beautiful sites, being mobile responsive, and optimised for performance and accessibility.
I’ll give you some training to manage and upkeep your website so that you won’t need a developer every time you need to update text or add an image, but I’m always here to help you if you need it.
I also work with Shopify when it is a better fit for your business. If you’re a growing e-commerce business then Shopify is the platform for your website. Shopify was built for e-commerce and offers by far and away the best e-commerce integrations for your business no matter what you need.
Whilst Squarespace is good for smaller product based businesses with either one of a kind products, digital products, or small collections (think less than 20), I’d recommend using Shopify if you require greater e-commerce functionality.

My goal is to empower you to manage your site confidently on your own but as said I’m always here if needed.
I also provide you with how-to videos going over your website so you can refer to these when you need to

I offer web design packages tailored to your needs and goals. Most website projects fall between £800 and £4000 depending on your site size, complexity, and custom features. I’m happy to provide a personalised quote after learning more about your project during our discovery call.
-
I include basic SEO and GEO (Generative engine optimisation for AI search engines) set up with every website. This covers things like, optimised page structure, site descriptions, image titles and image naming. Making use of built in SEO tools on Squarespace or Shopify to help your site get found.
I will also give you guidance on using blog posts and other content to help build your online presence and discovery.

It’s best to get in touch as soon as you start considering a designer, especially if you have a specific deadline or launch date in mind. The earlier we connect with each other the better I can reserve your spot in my schedule. In order for you to complete the brand discovery questionnaire, and compile the copy and images ready for the start of your project I recommend booking around 4-2 weeks in advance.

If you find that you need to change the start date of your project once it’s been booked in I will do my utmost to accommodate a new date but this is dependent on my schedule and other bookings.
Unfortunately if the start date is postponed within 10 days of the originally booked start date the initial non-refundable deposit is forfeited and a new booking must be made. This is due to having reserved place in my schedule for your project.
Just let me know as soon as possible if you need to discuss rescheduling your project so I can reserve a new spot for you, and ideally avoid you having to forfeit your deposit.
