These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fernandwhistle.co.uk (the "Website"), operated by Fern & Whistle Studio, a sole trader business based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom ("Fern & Whistle", "we", "us", "our").

By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't continue to use the Website.

These Terms relate to your use of the Website only. They do not form a contract for design, branding, or photography services — any project we undertake for you will be governed by a separate, signed proposal or service agreement, which will take precedence over these Terms in relation to that work.

Fern & Whistle Studio is a brand and website design studio, offering brand identity, website design (Squarespace and Shopify), and brand photography services.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, layout, and design — is the property of Fern & Whistle Studio or its licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark laws.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

  • Use any images, copy, or branding from this Website for commercial purposes

  • Modify or create derivative works from any part of the Website

Client project work shown in our portfolio is displayed with the relevant client's permission. If you believe your work or brand has been featured in error, please contact us.

Submitting an enquiry form on this Website does not create a contract between you and Fern & Whistle Studio, and does not guarantee that we will take on your project. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, but we can’t guarantee any particular response time.

Any project undertaken following an enquiry will be confirmed separately in writing, typically via a proposal and signed agreement setting out scope, pricing, and terms specific to that engagement.

Prices shown on the Website (e.g. "starting from £X") are indicative starting prices and are provided for general guidance only. They do not constitute a binding quote. Final pricing for any project will be confirmed in a written proposal specific to your requirements.
